BAILEY ROGAL

STRATEGIC OPERATIONS, QUALCOMM

Bailey Rogal is an associate product manager in the government division of Qualcomm where she brings her mechanical engineering background to government mission applications.

Bailey graduated from the University of North Texas May 2021 with a B.S. in Mechanical and Energy Engineering. During her time at UNT, she was a member in the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) while also working as a Supplemental Instruction Leader for Thermodynamics and a Resident Assistant in a freshman residence hall. Bailey also worked on projects such as a suspension system redesign and an all-terrain drone in college.

Bailey Rogal joined Qualcomm Government Technologies in 2021 after graduating from the University of North Texas with an undergraduate degree in Mechanical and Energy Engineering.
She is currently an Associate Product Manager, bridging the gap between the technology side and the business side. Bailey’s creativity and technical background blends together to create unique ways of educating the US government on commercial technology.

While she loves learning in all areas, some fun ones include coffee making, caring for houseplants, and exploring museums and the outdoors. She has a passion for mentoring young females in STEM and is excited to share with you all about her journey through college and tips and tricks she’s learned along the way. She is looking forward to returning this summer to Athena Racing.
