ABHA KHOSLA

DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING, QUALCOMM

Abha Khosla is a Director in the Customer Engineering division for Qualcomm CDMA Technologies. She joined Qualcomm as an engineer in UMTS L1 and GCF team. Subsequently, she contributed and led multiple generations of LTE Advanced SDX chipsets commercialization. In the current role, she leads the global commercialization efforts of the cutting edge LTE C-V2X technology and upcoming next generation NR V2X for Automotive Business Unit. She works closely with Automotive customers and inter-disciplinary teams to address customer architecture challenges and brainstorm unique solutions. Prior to Qualcomm, she was Technical Lead at Hughes Software Systems leading the 3G RNC development. 

She has Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Punjab Engineering College and an MBA from Rutgers Business School. She volunteers for STEM activities at middle schools and has been a speaker at Grace Hopper Conferences (2016, 2017). Outside of work, she is passionate about fitness and has picked up road biking and baking sourdough during pandemic.
